All happiness boxes are handcrafted and customized. Product images may vary, and
substitutions may occur due to availability, always ensuring equal or higher value.

3. ORDERING AND PAYMENT
• Orders are processed only upon full, successful payment.
• Accepted payment methods: UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking.
• Prices and shipping charges may change without prior notice.

4. BULK ORDERS
• Advance notice and booking required for bulk, wedding, or event orders.
• Customization and delivery timelines will be confirmed on order.

5. DISPATCH & DELIVERY
• Individual happiness boxes dispatch within 15 days; bulk orders within 3–4 weeks.
• Shipping fees are based on weight, size, and destination.
• Delays due to factors outside our control will be promptly communicated.

6. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES
• No returns, refunds, or exchanges on customized happiness boxes.
• If delivered items are damaged or missing, report within 24 hours with an unboxing video for assessment and resolution.
• The company's liability for damaged or lost goods is limited to the original order value.

7. CUSTOMIZATION
• All customization requests must be finalized before order confirmation. No changes allowed post-confirmation.

8. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
• Customer data is collected only for order processing and is never shared or sold to third parties.
• Payment details are processed securely via our payment partners.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
• All website content, product designs, and branding are the exclusive property of The Insyd  Happiness.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
• The Insyd Happiness is not responsible for indirect, unforeseen, or consequential loss arising from use of the website or delays due to uncontrollable events.
