1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing, browsing, or placing an order on The Insyd Happiness website, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. PRODUCT INFORMATION AND AVAILABILITY
All our happiness boxes are made-to-order and customized per your selection. Product images are for illustrative purposes and contents may vary based on item availability, seasonality, or customization requests. Substitutions (if required) will always be of equal or greater value.

3. PRICING & PAYMENT
• All prices are listed in INR and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Full payment is required to process and confirm your order.
• Shipping and delivery fees are additional and will be confirmed at checkout.

4. ORDER PROCESSING, DISPATCH & SHIPPING
• Individual happiness boxes are dispatched within 15 days of order confirmation; bulk/custom event boxes require 3-4 weeks.
• Delivery times may be affected by unforeseen circumstances (holidays, supply disruptions, weather).
• We use reliable courier partners to ensure safe delivery but are not liable for delays outside our control.

5. BULK AND CORPORATE ORDERS
We specialize in bulk, wedding, and corporate gifting solutions with customized happiness
boxes. For large orders, contact us in advance for custom quotes, timelines, and branding
requests.

6. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS
• All products are made and personalized to order, so returns, exchanges, or refunds are not possible unless the item arrives damaged or with missing contents.
• If your order is damaged or incomplete, please email us with an unboxing video and clear photos within 24 hours of delivery.
• Orders cannot be cancelled once processed.

7. CUSTOMIZATION DETAILS
All personalization (names, messages, product selection) must be finalized before completing payment. Change requests post-payment may not be accommodated.

8. PRIVACY
All customer information provided is used strictly for order fulfillment and customer service. We never sell or share your details with third parties.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Insyd Happiness is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
arising from the use of any product or service.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Website text, images, graphics, logos, and design are the property of The Insyd Happiness and may not be reused without written permission.

11. CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
