All our gift boxes, hampers, and curated gifting solutions are made-to-order and may be personalised or customised according to your selection.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only. While we strive to ensure accuracy, the final hamper may vary slightly due to product availability, seasonal sourcing, supplier availability, or customisation requests.

Where a product becomes unavailable, The Insyd Happiness reserves the right to substitute it with a similar item of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall quality and presentation of the hamper.

● Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

● Full payment is required to confirm and process an order.

● Shipping charges, taxes, and other applicable fees (if any) will be calculated at checkout.

● All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

● We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspected fraudulent activity, incorrect information, or other unforeseen circumstances.

● Once an order has been accepted, customers will receive an order confirmation.

● As most of our hampers are made-to-order, dispatch timelines may vary depending on customisation requirements and product availability.

● Customers will be informed of the estimated dispatch timeline after order confirmation.

● Bulk, wedding, corporate, and event gifting orders may require additional production and processing time depending on order quantity and customisation requirements.

● Delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, festivals, supply chain disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

● While we work with reliable courier partners, The Insyd Happiness shall not be liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.

● Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional shipping charges may apply if incorrect or incomplete delivery details are provided.

We specialise in customised gifting solutions for corporate events, weddings, celebrations, and bulk gifting requirements.

For large orders, customers are encouraged to contact us in advance for customised quotations, production timelines, branding options, and personalisation requirements.

As our products are curated, made-to-order, and often personalised, returns, exchanges, or refunds are generally not accepted.

Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not applicable for:

● Personalised or customised products

● Made-to-order hampers

● Gift boxes and curated gifting solutions

● Food and consumable items

● Sale, discounted, or promotional products

Damaged, Defective or Incomplete Orders

If your order is received damaged, defective, or with missing contents, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To initiate a claim, customers must provide:

● A continuous unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened

● Clear photographs of the package and affected products

● Order details

Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement consideration.

After verification, The Insyd Happiness may, at its sole discretion, offer:

● Replacement of the affected product

● Replacement of the hamper

● Store credit

Order Cancellations

As most of our products are made-to-order and customised, cancellations cannot be accepted once an order has been confirmed or production has begun.

Certain hampers may include food and consumable products.

For hygiene and safety reasons, these items are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.

Where necessary, equivalent substitutions may be made based on product availability while maintaining the quality of the hamper.

All names, messages, photographs, logos, artwork, product selections, and other personalisation details must be finalised before completing payment.

Changes requested after order confirmation may not always be accommodated.

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all submitted personalisation details are accurate. The Insyd Happiness shall not be responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

All content available on this website, including but not limited to text, product photographs, graphics, logos, branding, designs, icons, product descriptions, and other materials, is the exclusive property of The Insyd Happiness and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, republished, or used without our prior written permission.

The Insyd Happiness shall not be responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays, weather conditions, natural disasters, government restrictions, supply chain disruptions, or other unforeseen events.

Any resolution offered by The Insyd Happiness shall be limited to the value of the order placed.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from the use of this website or purchase of our products shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

The Insyd Happiness reserves the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
